The Lenten study of Bill
Easum's A Second Resurrection will meet on Monday evenings from 6:00
PM-8:00 PM, at the Links' house. We will share a meal together, and
prayerfully discuss the book and its relevance for us as a church.
There is a copy of the book available on loan from the office to anyone not involved in
the study but who would like to read the book. It's a fairly easy read and is highly
recommended! |
| One Great Hour of Sharing
is next Sunday, March 14. For more information, visit the UMCOR web site. |
| You can find extra copies of our
charge conference booklets, newsletters, and financials on the table outside the
office. Additional copies of The Upper Room are on the
table under the bulletin board in the fellowship area. These are all for the taking
- and sharing! |
| Sign-up
sheets for liturgists, greeters, coffee fellowship hosts, and cleaners are in the
coffee fellowship area. Please prayerfully consider where you can take part! |
| Our audio podcasts are now available
on iTunes in addition to our web site. Simply do a search for Elm Street
United Methodist Church, and enjoy! |
| This month's suggested
items for the Food Cupboard are soups (tomato & chicken noodle), oatmeal, and
tuna. |
